2006 Holiday Calendar: To use a Calendar, you look at the date, and the day, and you can write important dates on the specific days. Such as, if your sister’s birthday is on November 7, 2006, you can write it down and keep the calendar somewhere you look from time to time. That way you never miss a birthday, and anniversary or another important day. As I said before, most calendars come with national holidays already on them. Some of them also come with the phases of the moon, and things like that. Calendars are good for keeping your life organized. If you are making an appointment, you can just look at your calendar to see if you have other plans already made. When planning a party calendars are very useful. You can plan the party on a date, and organize the days before when you want to get things done. Such as buy the drinks on Friday, or but the decorations on Saturday.

2007 Holiday Calendar: You may even want to go ahead and mark your calendars for 2007, that is what many do and then they can also fill in other appointments and dates as the weeks go by. Another thing you will find is that most have a national calendar that will help remind you of those often overlooked holidays. The holidays that do not give us a day off of work or school. This way you can celebrate or just take time to think about those holidays. Also, most calendars come equipped with national holidays already typed into the spaces on the date it is celebrated. So, all you would have to do if you wanted to know when Thanksgiving is this year, is look on the calendar, and it will probably be there for you.

Jewish Calendar: The Jewish Calendar is based upon the moon. Therefore, they do not always have twelve month years. Sometimes they have a year that lasts thirteen months. This happens about every three years. They also have two different days to choose from as far as the “New Year” goes. Rosh HaShanah, which is when they celebrate the creation of the world, and is the mark for the new calendar year. The next is Tu B’shevat. This is the new year for the trees. It is nice to have a calendar for these such events. Maybe you want to learn about other religions, or this is your religion, or you know someone with this religion. If you know someone with this religion and do not share the religion, you might want the calendar so you do not intrude on religious ceremonies, or so you know a little about what they do.

Online Calendar: There are many ways to use an online Calendar. You can simply look at a calendar online, that, like a national calendar, probably already have holidays on them. Or you can go online and make your own personalized calendar. In which you would type in personal dates such as parties, anniversaries, birthdays, appointments, etc. Then you can look online and check your calendar. Some online calendars even have functions where you can be emailed when your calendar shows a specific date such as an anniversary. That way when you check your email you will be reminded of that event. Calendars are very useful in the organization of your life and they give you one less thing, or a lot of things less to worry about, when all you have to do is check your calendar.
