Its ingredients are 12 oz. frozen fruit punch, partially thawed, 1 oz. frozen strawberries, 2/3 c. orange juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 12 oz. bottles chilled ginger ale and 1 qt. champagne. In a large punch bowl combine fruit punch, 3 cups water, strawberries, orange and lemon juices, stir to dissolve punch. Slowly pour in ginger ale and champagne. Make frozen ice ring and place in punch bowl. This is good for 25 servings.

A simple Strawberry Champagne Punch is a carbonated punch with champagne, ginger ale and frozen strawberries. It is easy to prepare and delicious in taste. Its ingredients are 3 oz. pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, 2 c. cold water, 750 ml. bottle rose wine, chilled, 750 ml. bottle champagne, chilled and 1 pt. strawberries with stems, frozen. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and boil. In punch bowl combine lemonade concentrate and water. Stir in wine and champagne before serving. Float frozen strawberries.

Mock Champagne Punch:Mock Champagne Punch is a recipe of a non-alcoholic mixed drink that is made by mixing apple juice, ginger ale, and lemon juice. It is a popular alternative to alcoholic drinks, due to its pleasant mixture of fruit and ginger flavors. These beverages are often served to children, designated drivers, recovering alcoholics, and anyone else who wishes to enjoy a refreshing, (usually) fruity, drink without alcohol. It is made with pineapple, ginger ale and grape juice. Its ingredients are 46 oz. cans pineapple juice, 3 qt. bottles ginger ale, 3 qt. bottles sparkling white grape juice, 6 oz. cans frozen lemonade and 1 ice ring or block of ice. Chill all ingredients for several days before preparing. At serving time, pour pineapple juice, ginger ale, grape juice and lemonade concentrate over ice in a punch bowl. There is no water in a punch so it will not dilute too much if ice melts. If desired, you may use less grape juice and more ginger ale and still have a very good punch. This makes 3 gallons.


Sherbet Champagne Punch:Sherbet Champagne Punch is a recipe of different sherbets of orange, lemon or raspberry and champagne. Its ingredients are 1 1/2 cups pineapple chilled juice, 1 1/2 cups chilled orange juice, 3/4 cup lemon juice, 1 quart orange sherbet, 3 1/4 cups chilled champagne and 10 fresh strawberries. In punch bowl, combine pineapple, orange and lemon juices. Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl. Add champagne, stirring gently. Garnish each glass with whole strawberry, if desired.
