Clark County Assessor’s Office: The Clark County Assessor’s office works towards assessing and determining the value of all taxable property in the county. This cap is also applicable to properties such as land, commercial buildings, business personal property and aircraft.
The Nevada State law provides tax exemption for a certain amount of the assessed value of the property. Individuals fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for exemption. The blind, disabled veterans and defense personnel and their spouses are eligible for tax relief. The exempted value of the assessed property may vary from ,031 to ,626, depending on the type and eligibility of the exemption.
