Post menopause bleeding: It is common belief that most women reach post menopause period when they have not had vaginal bleeding for a year. Fibroids and post menopause: Fibroids are known as caring growths of womb (uterine) muscle. Fibroids concentrate in around a quarter of white women and half of black women. Fibroids become common towards the end of the reproductive year. Fibroids are usually found in obese women and especially in those who have not entered motherhood.
