Hernia pain...
Hiatal Hernia Pain:Hiatal hernia pain is often confused with that of a chest pain, almost similar to what caused by a heart attack. This makes it all the important to undergo testing and get properly diagnosed. Another symptom of hiatal hernia is heartburn or GERD, though instances are galore regarding hernia patients not experiencing it while people suffering from the same without being a victim of hiatal hernia.
Hernia Pain in Chest: A detailed overview of hiatal hernia states that it initiates from an opening in the diaphragm (the muscle-wall separating the thoracic cavity from the abdominal) through which, the esophagus or the food pipe passes and attaches to the stomach. Hiatal hernia makes the stomach to bulge up into the chest through this opening, causing hernia pain in chest. Curable through surgery, but it’s only an option if the hiatal hernia becomes constricted or strangulated, though there’s no guarantee provided on the fact that the hernia shall not return.
Hernia Pain caused by food and acid returning back into the esophagus: Gastroesophageal reflux or GERD, a term denoting the reflux of food and acid into the esophagus is caused due to a number of reasons, a hiatal hernia being one. This type of hernia pain may resemble heartburns.
Hernia Pain and Testicle: Just like the stomach, torsion of the testicle may occur when it rotates obstructing the spermatic cord and cutting of the blood supply. This might be considered hernia since it is the protrusion of an organ or tissue through a weak area in the muscle or other tissue that acts as the constraining agent.
