Penetrate the epidermis and hit the dermis with ink on the safety pin to permanently die your pigment. This will hurt and it will bleed as well. With a damp rag, wipe away the excess ink. What ever doesn't wash away is permanent. Lightly wash with water if needed and if it is not full enough with dots, then just go back to the safety pin and ink and keep puncturing away. When finished with the tattooing, bandage it up with some clean cotton rag or such. After one hour, slowly remove the bandage and carefully wash the tattoo with antibacterial soap. Do not re-bandage the tattoo.
