David Beckham and Victoria Beckham Wedding: The marriage of David and Victoria Beckham took place on July 4, 1999, at Luttrellstown Castle, near Dublin, Ireland. Victoria Beckham wore a champagne colored satin dress designed by Vera Wang. Though the reception was attended by hundreds of people, the wedding ceremony itself was held in a small, private room of the castle and witnessed only by family and close friends. The wedding guests drank rose champagne by Laurent Perrier and enjoyed an elaborate spread of food. Hence, the reception required over 400 attendants. One of the popular dishes was the sticky toffee pudding, Beckham's favorite. The guests at the wedding were asked to dress in either black or white, lending an elegant air to a very graceful and refined ceremony. To celebrate the wedding, the couple released doves, and later lit the sky with a fireworks show. According to New Zealand's Sunday Times, the couple had a short honeymoon in a villa in the south of France, with just the two of them and their infant son, Brooklyn.
